Eyelash tinting colours the eyelashes from the root to the tip resulting in darker more noticeable lashes visibly lengthening, darkening and thickening.

How long does it last?

Depending on the individual's hair type eyelash and eyebrow tints should last 2-3 weeks.

Benefits

The root and tip of the eyelash hair are usually lighter than the shaft, so tinting will darken the hair, accentuating the eyes.

Is eyebrow and eyelash tinting safe?

Yes, absolutely! At Aspen, we will first apply eyelash tint to ensure you do not react—this will be done at least 24 hours before treatment.

What are the benefits of an eyelash tint?

How often should I get an eyelash tint and eyebrow tint?

Approx every 4 weeks to keep the eyelashes and eyebrows in optimal colour and condition.

Are there any side effects?

No, not when a patch test has returned negative, i.e., there is no reaction.

How will I know if I have reacted to a patch test?

You will feel slight swelling, redness, or a rash. One or all three would mean you were allergic to the tint and would contraindicate treatment.
