What to know before getting your eyebrows waxed.

Have an idea of what shape you would like
Discuss any products you are using with your Beauty Therapist at Aspen
Make sure your eyebrow hair has grown out
Avoid tweezing between appointments as this allows us to maintain a great shape that is bespoke to you.
Try not to wear make-up to your appointment
What should I avoid using on the eyebrows after waxing?
Avoid Retinol, Salicylic acid or exfoliators near the treatment area. Do not go to the gym immediately after waxing as sweat can cause a skin reaction.
How long does eyebrow waxing last?
Depending on the individual 3-5 weeks.
What is a good age to start waxing the eyebrows?
Generally 16 but this can be younger with parental consent.
Can you regrow eyebrows after 50?
As long as your hair follicle isn’t damaged then the eyebrow hair will return HOWEVER if you have continually plucked the hair over decades the root may have been permanently damaged and will not grow back.
